Camp Copperhead Registrations Are All-Inclusive!

All prices are per person and include three nights of lodging, all meals, workshops, performances and use of rehearsal spaces and equipment. 

All camp activities will be held at Full Moon Resort. Full Moon features an eclectic array of comfortable, air conditioned country-inn accommodations from simple B&B style guest rooms with shared hallway baths to premium cottages equipped with private mountain view deck, "smart" TV and luxury bathrooms. “Primitive” campsites and luxury, pre-set glamping packages are also available.

All accommodations are just steps away from daily activities. Enjoy the spring-fed swimming pool, walking paths along the pristine Esopus Creek, and explore the splendors of the Catskills on the nearby network of hiking trails.

Accommodations do not have telephones or daily housekeeping service. Please Note: There is facility wide free WiFi; but no cell phone service in the area.

Your decision to register for Camp Copperhead constitutes your acknowledgement of and consent to all terms and conditions listed below:

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
All rates are per-person.
All rates are subject to applicable Service & Processing fee
All registrations, payments and deposits are 100% non-refundable
For your security, our registration site uses SSL encryption for the checkout process and our e-commerce system is PCI-Compliant, the online industry standard

CANCELLATION
All payments and registrations are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our events and strict cancellation policies, Music Masters Collective Inc. strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance.

COVID 19 VACCINATION
In an effort to create the safest possible environment at Camp Copperhead, Steve Earle has requested that all participants be vaccinated. In order to attend, you must present proof of completed vaccination at least 14 days prior to the event.

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE
By registering for Camp Copperhead, you release Music Masters Collective, its employees, Steve Earle and all associated entities, from all claims, liabilities, loss to property, damages, injuries, etc. arising out of or in connection with your participation in any aspect Camp Copperhead.

WAIVER:
Guests are required to provide this signed liability waiver prior to check in.

Music Masters Collective reserves the right to refuse a sale, reject a sale, deny admission or remove from an event, any person for any reason, including but not limited to, any harm or potential harm that person might cause, violation of the law, threats, disorderly behavior, failure to make timely payment, illegal activity, or for any other reason that is not prohibited by law.

RECORDING POLICY
Participant(s) have the right to capture photos, videos and/or audio recordings during Camp Copperhead. The commercial use of photos, videos, and/or audio recordings is strictly prohibited. Any photos, videos, and/or audio recordings must be used strictly for personal use. Artists have the right to limit or ban participants from capturing photos, videos and/or audio recordings of any proprietary lessons, workshops, performances, etc. Participants will be notified of these limitations whenever pertinent. Participant(s) failure to adhere to any requests will result in immediate ejection from event with no refund of fees paid.

PHOTO RELEASE
Music Masters Collective reserves the right to capture photos, videos and/or audio recordings during Camp Copperhead and to use such photos, videos, and/or audio recordings for advertising and marketing purposes. By attending Camp Copperhead you agree to release your photograph to Music Masters Collective without compensation and understand that Music Masters Collective reserves all rights in regard to reproduction of said photograph. Further, it is hereby acknowledged, the participant grants Music Masters Collective, its agents, employees and all associated entities (collectively, the “Released Party”) all ownership rights and the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to copyright, use and publish the photographed and/or video likeness of the participant.

The participant waives any right to inspect or approve the Released Party’s use of the Likeness, or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection with the use and/or publication of the Likeness. Further, the participant releases the Released Party (and all persons acting under its permission or authority) from all claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright or right of publicity, or any other claim related to the Likeness.
